The program was inaugurated on Wednesday at the Lloyds Skill Development and Training Centre in Konsari. The initiative is the brainchild of Mr. B. Prabhakaran, Managing Director of LMEL, and features interactive guidance from renowned corporate trainers Mr. Gopi Gilbile and Mrs. Anita Gilbile.
A new dimension of social responsibility..
The inaugural session saw enthusiastic participation from senior LMEL officials, the training team, employees, and their families. Addressing the audience, the officials emphasized, “This is not just a training program, but an opportunity to enrich your personal, family, and social life through motivation and awareness.”
Participants were also informed about LMEL’s broader social initiatives, including land acquisition processes, compensation, and employment opportunities. “True prosperity lies not just in financial gain, but in mental, familial, and social well-being,” the speakers said, encouraging focus on financial planning, de-addiction, health, and constructive family dialogue.
